I am committed to Pollution Free Ludhiana. During my tenure as Vice Chairman of Punjab Planning Board under the Chairmanship of Sardar Parkash Singh Badal, Chief Minister of Punjab, I got the opportunity to design a programme for Plantation. I got it personally executed. The following display is to share with Ludhiana my approach to my work which is based on full involvement and hands on approach.

मैं राजिंदर भंडारी दिसम्बर २७, १९५५ को लुधिअना में पैदा हुआ. मेरी आगामी शिक्षा लुधिअना में ही हुई. मैं ने म. कॉम पंजाब विश्वविद्याला चंडीगढ़ से की.
मैं २०१२ पंजाब विधान सभा के लिए लुधिअना पश्चिम से उम्मीदवार हूँ.

Born on December 27, 1955 at Ludhiana in a socially well connected family, I did my schooling from SDP Senior Secondary School. I graduated in Commerce from SCD Government College Ludhiana. I did my Post Graduate in Commerce (M. Com) from Punjab University Campus, Chandigarh. During my university days, I participated in Punjab University Students Politics and led many movements. After completing my studies I joined as a lecturer in Commerce in Arya College, Ludhiana. I taught undergraduate and postgraduate classes of commerce as Associate Professor. During my tenure as a teacher, I was elected Senator from the Graduates Constituency for the first time in 1996. I had been on Punjab University Senate for 4 terms and Syndic for 5 terms. During my teacher career, I played pivotal role in the Teacher's movement for better service conditions. I also worked as the teacher representative on Arya College Managing Committee twice.
My political activities motivated by my intrinsic urge to serve the society in substantial way, brought me in Bhartiya Janta Party as my family has remained an ardent supporter of Jang Sangh. I have worked in BJP in different capacities from District Secretary to State President.
During the government of Sardar Parkash Singh Badal, I worked as Vice Chairman (Cabinet Rank) in Punjab State Planning Board, and played a signficant role in the State planning process.
Now, in the Assembly election of Punjab in 2012, I am seeking election to Ludhiana West Assembly seat.
